Erica's Baby Shower!

Reese and I had the best time at Erica's shower! The food was super yummy and it was so nice to catch up with good friends. Erica is having a boy, so I am thrilled Hudson will finally have a boy playmate:)

Reese's Birthday!!

Reese had a Barbie themed birthday party at Pump It Up. She had the best time jumping with her friends, eating pizza, and our course, having a big piece of chocolate Barbie cake :) After the party our family came over to our house so she could open presents. She LOVED her new doll named Julie!

On Reese's actual birthday she wanted to go pottery painting at Color Me Mine, so we took the kids there after nap and they each picked out an animal to paint. Then we headed to dinner at Outback, one of Reese's favorite restaurants. She had the best day!!!

New Years Eve Bowling Party!!

My Dad treated us to a fun day at the bowling alley on New Years Eve. I remember as a kid how much fun we used to have bowling with our friends, and today I got to see my kids have the best time with their friends. Hudson got so excited when he knocked down even one pin, it was so fun to watch :)

Merry Christmas!!

We had a great Christmas this year! We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at my parents house, then went to Dan's parents for a yummy Christmas dinner. We are very lucky that we get to celebrate with both of our families, and even though it is pure craziness on Christmas I wouldn't have it any other way :)

Wow, I can not believe five years ago today I was holding you in my arms for the first time. You are such an amazing little girl and I am incredibly proud of the young lady you are becoming. You are independent, intelligent, funny, adventurous, and the list could go on. I love you so much and I look forward to another amazing year :)

Disney on Ice!!

Last year I took Reese to Disney on Ice with our friends Brooke and Tracy but I thought this year Hudson might enjoy it too. They both had the best time and I enjoyed spending the day with my kids!
