Soccer!!

I am not going to lie, Reese is not the best soccer player. I told her she has to finish out her class and if she doesn't want to play she doesn't have to. She says she wants to go back to dance class. This is the difference between having girls and boys, she can never make up her mind with what she wants. Hudson on the other hand LOVES soccer. He is not signed up for the class, but he think he is. I bought him his own ball and he runs and plays with the big kids! Even though she says she doesn't like it, she still looks pretty cute!

Beach Day!!

We had such a great time at the beach. The kids LOVED playing in the sand and water. I hope to do this again really soon!

Hudson's new glasses!!

Hudson has been doing so well with his new glasses. It has honestly been a lot easier than I thought. I hope he can see much better because it made me really sad to think he had a hard time seeing close up. I want my little man to see how I look at him and how much he makes we smile!!

Reese and I were so happy to be a part of Michelle and Migue's big day. This is Reese's third wedding, so she is getting used to this whole flower girl thing. She is going to be a pro for her Auntie's wedding!!

The date has been set, Michelle and Tim will be getting married on April 24th, 2010. Michelle has already been on the ball with her wedding planning. I can not wait to be a part of her special day!

The Cooliest Kid to Wear Glasses!

It is true, Hudson has to wear glasses. I have had a hard time dealing with this, especially because he is so young, but I have to do what is best for my son. I have had a second opinion and both doctors confirmed that he is far-sided. They also told me how lucky we are to have caught this so early, so hopefully we can treat his really weak eye and get him out of glasses by elementary school. Most kids don't get their eyes tested until preschool; Hudson was lucky because he was already being seen for his tear ducts so they tested his vision as well. I will be getting him the cutiest pair I can find. I will post pictures when I get them.

Happy Mother's Day!!

I am so blessed for my wonderful family!! I love being a Mom to Reese and Hudson. Everyday is something new and exciting. Now that I am a Mom I have a greater appreciation for my Mom. My Mom did everything for us kids. She is the most selfless person I know. Being a Mom is the hardest job in the world but I wouldn't give it up for anything.

Reese's school hosted a Mommy and Me Day. We got to make necklaces, paint our handprints together and ended the day with a story. It was great to meet all of Reese's friends and see how she is in her school environment.
